Designing is free. You pay for the artifacts that let you actually build the quilt. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax collected at checkout.

Billing, cancellation and refunds
Automatic renewal
Maker and Guild are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annual as you choose, at the then-current price, charged to your payment method, until you cancel. The price, interval and renewal date are shown before you complete your purchase.
Canceling
Cancel any time from your account's billing settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep paid access until then and are not charged again. You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel for you.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong (a failed pattern export, a duplicate charge, a subscription you meant to cancel and never used), email us. We would rather fix it than stand on the policy.
Price changes and payment
If we change prices, the change applies to your next billing period after at least 30 days' notice, so you can cancel first. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as STITCHBLOCK STUDIO.
